We offer a Landlords Gas Safety Certificate service. All rental properties that use gas appliances are required by law to be checked every year for safety and an appropriate certificate issued. It is the landlords responsibility to ensure this done. At Gerald Kemp Heating Services, we not only provide the Landlord/management company with a certificate, but also issue a duplicate copy to the tenant and keep a third copy for ourselves, therefore ensuring everyone is covered. As a norm, we service all central heating boilers we check during a certification.
